The base of Whistler Mountain is an 8-minute walk (500 m) from the hotel, and a free public shuttle bus stops directly outside. Lost Lake is 2 km away. The setting is quiet despite being so close to the village centre, with easy access to dining, grocery stores, and the library and museum next door.

Select rooms have a balcony (request at booking). All rooms have a private bathroom (shower-only in Deluxe and Premium; shower and combination spa bath in others). The in-room spa bath is situated beside the bed in a semi-open layout. Beds are Queen-size, with Double sofa beds in some units. Premium Studios include a full stove, oven, and cooking ware. Rooms are carpeted and include air conditioning (window unit in some), heating, and soundproofing. Some bathroom exhaust fans cannot be switched off independently. The overall property feel is dated but clean.

Quattro at Whistler is open 7 days a week for dinner, with International cuisine and vegetarian/gluten-free options. Alta Bistro offers a seasonal dinner menu with locally sourced products. A bar, snack bar, and vending machine for drinks are also available. Breakfast is not included and may need to be arranged as a package or purchased separately; a complimentary coffee and tea station operates in the lobby.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated, open all year, and features a cover and fence. The hot tub is accessible to all guests year-round and is open daily from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. The fitness room includes locker rooms. Ski and snowboard rental is available on site, along with free ski storage. A complimentary bike storage room is also provided.

WiFi is free in all areas. Paid underground parking (CAD 30.45/night, height limit 6'8", no reservation needed) is available but spaces are narrow and limited. A self-service laundry with coin-operated washers/dryers (CAD 3 per load) is on site. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out and safety deposit boxes. Lifts provide access to upper floors. Cribs are available on request. No EV charging stations or airport shuttle are available.
