The Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola is a 4-minute walk, and the base of Whistler Blackcomb is 550 metres away, making access to the slopes convenient even in ski boots. The Whistler Golf Course Driving Range is a 6-minute walk. The central location means late-night noise from restaurants and bars can be audible from ground-floor and lower-level units; quieter sleepers may prefer a higher floor.

Accommodation ranges from compact studios with a Murphy bed to spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments. All units include a private bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, a dining table, a flat-screen cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. A fireplace is a common feature. Kitchens are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and basic cookware. Some units include a washing machine and dryer, which is especially practical for ski or bike trips. Storage space is limited, and units with a Murphy bed can feel tight when the bed is down. The building layout spans multiple wings and floors, and the entrance to some wings passes through a restaurant loading area.

The lodge has no restaurant or breakfast service, but the pedestrian Village Stroll directly outside the lobby offers a wide range of eateries, cafes, and bars within a minute's walk. Nearby options include Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar, Naked Sprout Juice Bar Cafe, Mongolie Grill Whistler, Ingrid's Village Cafe, The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, Bar Oso, Cows Creamery, and Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub. A grocery store is also within a short walk, and the full kitchen in each unit allows for self-catering.

The on-site fitness centre is basic and lacks free weights. There is no swimming pool, spa, or hot tub on the property, though the Jacuzzi tubs in some room bathrooms offer an alternative. For outdoor leisure, hiking, cycling, fishing, and skiing are all accessible from the lodge. The Whistler Golf Course Driving Range is a 6-minute walk, and the Village Stroll has shops and entertainment year-round.
