The tram stop is 100 metres away, giving direct access to the U4 metro line (U-Bahn station is an 8-minute walk) - city centre destinations such as the Natural History Museum and Wiener Stadthalle are reachable in 20-30 minutes. Vienna International Airport is 25 km away via tram and metro. Night-time the immediate area becomes very quiet with no shops or supermarkets directly adjacent.

Units range from a double room with shared bathroom to multi-bedroom apartments and a villa sleeping up to 6. Each apartment has a private bathroom (some with bath or shower only), plus a kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, microwave/oven, electric kettle, and dining area. Room features include hypoallergenic bedding, wardrobe, TV, parquet or tiled floors, and heating. There is no elevator. Some units face the main road and the adjacent tramline, making road-facing rooms noticeably noisier at night - light sleepers may prefer a quieter inner room.
