The property sits in a pleasant, safe residential neighbourhood on Via Augusta. Muntaner train station (L6) is a 2-minute walk, and the metro entrance is effectively across the street - both provide a 10-minute journey to Plaza Cataluña and central Barcelona. Bus routes (including V13) stop right outside. A supermarket is directly opposite, and numerous bars, cafes, and restaurants are within a 300-metre radius. Sagrada Familia is 3 km away (about 15 minutes by metro with one change). For airport transfers, take the train from Barcelona El Prat - the hotel does not offer a shuttle. The area is walkable for daytime sightseeing, and the neighbourhood is quiet at night, ideal for sleeping.

All apartments are self-contained with a private bathroom (shower or bathtub), air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, two induction hobs, cookware, dishes, and a Nespresso machine (capsules not provided). Overall, the apartments are basic and older-furnished; units with a separate bedroom are better for noise control and family separation, while studios are compact. Cleanliness and maintenance vary - some units have had issues with mould, worn furniture, and outdated bathrooms. Daily housekeeping is provided; bed linen is changed every 3 nights. Extra blankets are available from reception.
