Urquinaona Metro station is adjacent, and numerous shops, bars, and restaurants are within a short walk. The central position means most major attractions can be reached on foot, though the building itself has no external hotel signage, so careful attention to entry instructions is necessary.

All rooms are en suite and come with air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, a safe, fridge, smart TV, and parquet flooring. Rooms with a balcony are available and offer city or inner courtyard views. Room sizes vary significantly; some are compact and better suited to solo travellers or those prioritizing location over space, while larger rooms accommodate two people more comfortably. Road-facing rooms have good soundproofing from street noise, but rooms adjacent to the reception and lift can hear hallway activity. Interior-facing rooms may be quieter but have limited natural light or no view. Daily cleaning is provided.

The property does not have its own restaurant, breakfast offering, or bar. Guests should plan to eat out.
