Hotel Details

Location

Shiomi Station is a 1-minute walk, putting Tokyo Station and Tokyo Disney Resort both just 3 stops away on the Keiyo Line.

The hotel sits in a quiet residential area opposite Shiomi Station on the Keiyo Line, offering fast connections without city-centre noise. Tokyo Station is reached in about 9 minutes, and Maihama Station (Tokyo Disney Resort) in the same time. The neighbourhood has several restaurants, a supermarket, and a Lawson convenience store directly on the hotel's ground floor - open 24 hours. For Haneda Airport, take the Keiyo Line to Tokyo Station and switch to the Narita Express or airport shuttle bus; there is no direct hotel shuttle. The surrounding area is quiet and practical for travellers who prioritise train access over being in the busiest districts.

Accommodation

Western-style rooms with a semi-double bed (120 cm), flat-screen TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, and private bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Rooms are compact but efficiently laid out, with a carpeted floor, air conditioning, soundproofing, and an original mattress designed for even weight distribution. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, yukata, and free toiletries. Triple rooms are available with an extra bed but are primarily bed space with limited luggage storage - suitable for light packers or short stays. Some rooms have a frosted window with a curtain rather than a full opening window; natural light varies. For two people carrying large suitcases, a larger room type is recommended. The hotel does not offer rooms with a balcony.

Dining

The on-site restaurant, La Veranda, serves a buffet breakfast (¥2,200) and brunch/dinner (¥2,530/¥3,960) and is open for walk-in guests.

La Veranda offers a buffet-style selection for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. Breakfast runs from 06:30 to 14:00, dinner from 17:30 to 21:00, and brunch is available until 14:00 as well - convenient for those arriving late in the morning or returning early. The restaurant is open to non-guests too, but no special discounts apply. For those wanting a lighter or faster option, the ground-floor Lawson convenience store is open 24 hours and provides snacks, drinks, and simple meals. Several casual restaurants are within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Wellness and Leisure

Free public bath and open-air bath (onsen) with a washing machine next to the changing rooms; seasonal outdoor pool requires advance reservation.

The large indoor public bath and smaller open-air baths provide a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing or theme parks. The changing rooms have water dispensers and lockers with a combination lock. A washing machine and dryer are available inside the changing rooms - note that the dryer requires manual locking. The swimming pool is open from July to September (19 July - 10 September in one source), with sessions of 60 minutes by advance reservation. Weekday adult use is ¥1500, weekend/holiday ¥2000, with lower child rates. Tattoo stickers (approx. 10 cm) can cover small tattoos for using the bath or pool. There is no gym or full spa.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi in rooms, 24-hour front desk with luggage storage, self-check-in kiosks, and a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor.

The hotel operates with self-check-in kiosks at the front desk, but staff are available 24 hours for assistance. Luggage storage is free both before check-in and after check-out - simply leave your bags at the front desk. Laundry service is available (pay-per-use) as well as a trouser press and microwave on each floor. A vending machine for drinks is also on site. Meeting/banquet facilities and fax/photocopying services are available for an additional charge. The hotel is entirely non-smoking in public areas, and offers soundproofed rooms, a lift, and facilities for disabled guests. Key card access, CCTV, and smoke alarms provide security.
