The hotel sits just 3 minutes from Yushima and Uenohirokoji Subway Stations and 5 minutes from JR Okachimachi Station, offering direct access to the Yamanote Line and Ginza Line. Tokyo Station is 5 minutes away by train, and the Keisei Skyliner from Ueno Station reaches Narita Airport in about an hour. The vibrant Ameya-Yokocho market is a 2-minute walk, with Ueno Park, the National Museum of Nature and Science, and Ueno Zoo all within a 15-minute stroll. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping, including a Family Mart on the ground floor. At night, the neighbourhood's nightlife scene becomes active, which may not be ideal for all travellers.

The hotel features a range of room types from compact semi-double rooms (120 cm wide bed) to larger family rooms and suites. Standard rooms are efficiently sized - around 11 m² for a semi-double - and suit travellers with minimal luggage. For more space, choose the Annex building (newer with 2 king beds and sofas) or a suite with a seating area. Some rooms include a private open-air bath on the balcony (SAKURA and HUJI in the main building). All rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, refrigerator, and hairdryer. Roomwear is provided. The Annex rooms are generally better maintained; main building rooms may show signs of age and smaller sizes. Street-facing rooms can be noisy due to the lively surroundings, so light sleepers may prefer an interior-facing room.

For meals, guests can use the Family Mart on the ground floor for snacks, drinks, and light meals, or explore the numerous restaurants within a short walk, including yakitori, sushi, and izakaya options along Ameya-Yokocho and surrounding streets.
