For airport transfers, use the train route (Haneda via monorail or Narita via Keisei Skyliner), as no airport shuttle service is available. Taxi from Haneda costs approximately 8000 yen.

The hotel's own restaurant, cafe tricolore AKIBA TOLIM, operates daily from 07:00 to 21:00 and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
