The hotel is literally part of the Akihabara station complex, providing immediate access to the JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and Tsukuba Express - ideal for reaching Asakusa (10 min), Ueno Park (10 min), Ryogoku sumo stadium (5 min), and Tokyo Station (under 10 min). Akihabara Electric Town, the world-famous electronics and anime district, is a 2-minute walk. Multiple convenience stores (Family Mart, Lawson, 7-Eleven) are within a minute, along with Starbucks, Uniqlo, Muji, and Yodobashi Akiba. For airport transfers, use the train route (Haneda via monorail or Narita via Keisei Skyliner), as no airport shuttle service is available. Taxi from Haneda costs approximately 8000 yen.

Room sizes are typical for central Tokyo: double rooms measure about 14.3 m2 (economy double) and small twin rooms are also 14.3 m2 with beds of 105 cm and 89 cm. The twin configuration is significantly more spacious for two people and allows better luggage handling. Each room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in rain shower (no bathtub), a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom with a curtain for privacy, a 43-inch flat-screen satellite TV, electric kettle, closet, and a massage chair. The massage chair is a highlight for many but occupies floor space that could be used for luggage. The double bed is 140 cm x 200 cm; extra beds are not available, and maximum occupancy is two adults per room. Connecting rooms are not available, but requests for adjacent rooms can be made. Rooms at higher floors offer expansive city views, including Skytree from some. Note that windows cannot be opened, and train noise from the nearby tracks may be audible, especially on lower floors or rooms facing the railway side.

The hotel's own restaurant, cafe tricolore AKIBA TOLIM, operates daily from 07:00 to 21:00 and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is offered as a set meal (not a buffet) for an additional 2000 JPY per person, with choices including Japanese-style and Western dishes, Burdigala bread, tea, coffee, and juice. Given the limited choice, some prefer to eat at nearby convenience stores or cafes - Lawson and FamilyMart are steps away. The breakfast ticket can also be exchanged for lunch on the same day if you miss the morning serving. The hotel also has a vending machine on each guest floor offering drinks and alcohol.

There is no spa, wellness centre, swimming pool, gym, or sauna at the property. The key leisure feature is the massage chair provided in every room, which is widely used after a long day of walking or sightseeing. Body care services are available on site for those seeking additional relaxation. The surrounding area - Akihabara - offers abundant entertainment options including arcades, maid cafés, and themed restaurants just outside the hotel.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The 24-hour front desk offers free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out; overnight storage incurs a charge of 100 yen per item per night.
