The hotel is on a quiet street in the vibrant SoFo area, known for its cafes, bars, and boutiques. The nearest metro station is about 5 minutes on foot, making city-centre access quick and easy (2-3 km). Stockholm Old Town (Gamla Stan) is 2 km away, reachable via a scenic 20-25-minute walk or a short metro ride. Ericsson Globe (Avicii Arena) is 2 km and Tele2 Arena is 2 km, both convenient for event attendees. Arlanda Airport is 39 km away; no airport shuttle is offered, but public transport links are good.

Room sizes are small (approx. 10-12 m2), best suited for short solo or couple stays rather than extended trips. Most rooms lack windows, which can feel dark and stuffy; fans and limited air conditioning are available in some units. Sound insulation is poor, and noise from hallways or neighbouring rooms can be an issue. Beds are comfortable for the price point, but storage space is minimal - there are no wardrobes, and only a few hooks are provided. Heating can be inconsistent, with some rooms feeling cold. Towels and hair dryers are provided (hair dryers also available at reception). No rooms have balconies.

The breakfast spread includes various sandwich toppings, cheeses, juices, coffee, breads, eggs, dairy, and cornflakes. It is self-service and kept well-stocked. The breakfast room is small and can get crowded during peak times. Breakfast hours are relatively short (07:00-09:00 weekdays, 08:00-10:00 weekends), which may be early for late risers. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but the neighbourhood is packed with dining options - pizzeria, steakhouse, sushi, falafel, and cafes are all within a 5-minute walk.

There are no wellness or leisure facilities on the property. The common lounge area provides a space for relaxing with a laptop, using the free Wi-Fi, or socialising. For leisure activities, guests rely on the surrounding neighbourhood's cafes, bars, and the proximity to parks and the waterfront of Södermalm.

Wi-Fi is free throughout but may be weak or non-functional in basement rooms; a better signal is available in the common area. Luggage storage is free and can be used before check-in or after check-out, but availability depends on staff being present during open hours. Bicycle storage can be arranged upon request. A microwave is available for guest use after asking at the reception. No parking is provided on site, but a public car park is about 200 metres away. The property is not wheelchair accessible and has no lift. Daily housekeeping is not offered; towels and bins are not replaced during stays.
