The area is walkable for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Traffic and pedestrian congestion are typical, and the neighbourhood is active from morning until late night. Ride-share or walking is the most practical way to get around; a rental car adds the expense of paid parking.

All units are recently renovated and include a private bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and kitchenette (cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher). Suites range from studios (one room with a king bed and sofa bed) to one-bedroom suites with a separate bedroom. Balcony types vary: the C building and direct ocean view suites typically have sit-on balconies with chairs and tables, while B-building units (e.g. B304, B305) and some A-building rooms have very small stand-on Juliet balconies. King suites have no real views and are the most affordable option. Direct ocean view suites overlook Ocean Drive and the ocean. Road-facing rooms experience significant noise from the Palace bar and nightclub below; earplugs are provided. The accommodation is best suited to travellers who prioritize location and space over quiet and modern finishes.

There is no breakfast service at the property. The bar on the ground floor and the rooftop pool bar offer drinks and bar snacks (quesadillas noted as available). The Palace restaurant, part of the same premises, serves food and hosts daily drag shows. Numerous restaurants and cafes are within a 0.5 km walk, covering local, American, and international cuisines, including The Social, Amarillo, and Gianni's. Each suite has a full kitchenette, giving guests the option to prepare their own meals.

The pool is on the sixth floor of the C building and offers a 360-degree panorama of the ocean and city. It is heated, fenced, has a shallow end, and is surrounded by sun loungers and beach towels. The pool bar is open during pool hours. The pool is also used for private events and can be closed to hotel guests during those times. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a daily fee from vendors on the beach. There is no spa or wellness centre on site. Cycling, golf (within 3 km), and tennis are available off-site for an additional cost.

All facilities are available 24/7. The front desk can arrange a paid airport shuttle (recommended alternative: Lyft or Uber for under $20 one-way).
