The nearest metro and tram stops are a two-minute walk, with trams 4 and 14 connecting to Central Station in about 15 minutes. The area is also popular for cycling, and the hotel offers bike rentals. While the location is excellent for exploring on foot and by public transport, the street level is lively, particularly at night, with nearby coffee shops and bars contributing to ambient noise. Schiphol Airport is 11 km away and easily reached by metro or train from Central Station.

Rooms are functional and compact, better suited to travellers prioritising central location over spacious interiors. All include a private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries, plus a mini fridge, electric kettle, and safety deposit box. Some rooms feature small seating areas and canal views. The single beds are narrow and the rooms are best suited for one person or light sleepers who are not sensitive to narrow mattresses. Rooms facing the street or entrance can be very noisy, especially on weekends, due to late-night activity from nearby bars and coffee shops. The bathroom in most rooms is functional but tight; the shower curtain does not prevent water from reaching the floor. Air conditioning and heating are available, but the air conditioning can struggle to cool the room during warm weather. The hotel also features a lift, and the stairs are narrow and steep.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast. A complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine is available in the lobby for guests throughout the day.
