Olympia-Einkaufszentrum subway station (U1/U3) is 200 m away, and Georg-Brauchle-Ring station (U1) is about 600 m-five minutes on foot-giving direct metro access to Munich Central Station and the city centre in roughly 15 minutes. For airport connections, take the S1 from Ostbahnhof to Moosach then the U3. Several bus lines also serve the area. Free street parking is available around the perimeter, while paid on-site parking costs €20 per day. A shopping centre with supermarket (Lidl) and restaurants is a 10-minute walk, and the bakery next door (Ziegler) is open seven days a week.

All units come with a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, tea/coffee maker, and cookware - suitable for self-catering. Rooms have a private bathroom with shower (walk-in in some categories), hairdryer, and free toiletries. Double beds can be separated into two singles upon request.
