The area is very tourist-oriented and can be loud at night, but the property provides good sound isolation in the cubes.

Each cube is a compact private room with a double bed (200 cm length), a private entrance, and key-card access. Standard cubes are windowless and have a centralized ventilation system; canal-view cubes add a window and natural light. The space is very small - two people cannot stand or move around simultaneously, and luggage must be unpacked in the corridor or on the bed. Storage is limited to a few shelves and a small floor area. The bed is comfortable, and the LED lighting is adjustable. All cubes have a mirror, plugs, and a hairdryer. Sleeping is in a loft bed accessed by a narrow ladder, with the mattress close to the ceiling, which may feel claustrophobic. Some cubes have a lower-level bed. Walls are thin enough to hear corridor noise, but the cubes are generally quiet at night.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge of 17 EUR and is described as a basic continental offering (a croissant and coffee).
