A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The boulevard location means road-facing rooms experience traffic noise, especially at night; interior-facing or rear rooms are noticeably quieter. A car is the most practical way to explore beaches and further attractions, and free on-site private parking makes that easy.

The property offers several room types. Standard rooms are compact and best suited for solo travellers or short stays. A Superior room provides more space, and the Deluxe Apartment includes a separate bedroom. The Family Suite includes two full-size bunk beds plus a queen bed, accommodating up to four people; a crib can be provided on request. All rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a fridge, a microwave, a wardrobe, and a dressing area. Bathrooms are small but functional, with a bath, shower, and free toiletries. Windows in some rooms cannot be opened, which can lead to humidity; road-facing rooms have single-glazed windows that let in significant street noise.
