The hotel sits directly behind The Island entertainment district, providing easy access to many attractions. Dollywood is 4 km away, the theaters are under 3 km, and a variety of restaurants are within a short drive. The rooftop offers views of the surrounding mountains and the Island's ferris wheel. Free private parking is available on site but requires a reservation. Note that the adjacent baseball field may broadcast music from 7am, which can be heard in rooms on that side.

The rooms are compact with minimal storage; no dressers or closets are provided, so plan to live out of your suitcase. Beds rest on a platform base and some find the mattresses firm. Walk-in showers with good water pressure are standard. There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room; both are available in the lobby 24/7. Air conditioning is present but may struggle on very hot days. Rooms facing the baseball field can hear early-morning announcements.

Breakfast offers a hot buffet with a pancake machine and plenty of toppings. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby around the clock. A snack bar near reception sells packaged items. Since there is no restaurant, all other meals must be taken off-site, but numerous dining options are within a short drive, such as Sawyer's Farmhouse Restaurant and Big Daddy's Pizzeria, both less than 2 km away.

The indoor pool is open daily from 8am to 11pm, heated, and equipped with sun loungers and towels. An outdoor pool is shared with the adjacent property and is seasonal. The free fitness centre is accessible 24 hours. The games room includes foosball and board games. The rooftop terrace offers seating, a gas fire pit, and excellent views - especially at sunset. There is no spa or hot tub.

Electric vehicle charging stations are provided, though reliability may vary. Daily housekeeping is performed every other day; additional cleaning can be arranged. A minimarket on site sells snacks and essentials. The business centre has fax/photocopying services. Wheelchair-accessible rooms with roll-in showers and hearing-accessible features are available. Pets are allowed with a per-stay fee (see Critical Operational Notes). Guest laundry is available at the sister property next door.
