UBYTOVANI NAD KOSTELEM, Prague

The homestay sits 6 km from the National Museum and 7 km from Old Town Square, easily reached by tram (stop within a few minutes' walk) and metro. The area is quiet, with a minimarket and several pubs and restaurants within 300 metres. Vaclav Havel Airport is 18 km away, accessible by public transport or a 20-minute drive. The on-site free parking is a major advantage in Prague, but requires advance reservation due to limited spaces.

The double and single rooms are freshly decorated and furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk and chairs, parquet flooring, and heating. Each room includes a minibar, tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and a balcony overlooking the garden. The shared bathrooms (some with bath, all with shower) are positioned nearby - typically adjacent to the room - and are kept clean. The fully equipped shared kitchen on the ground floor provides cookware, microwave, and complimentary coffee and tea. The homestay is adults-only, ensuring a calm atmosphere. While the decor is basic, the rooms are warm, clean, and functional, ideal for a practical overnight stay.

The property does not have its own restaurant. Instead, the shared kitchen on the ground floor is fully stocked with cookware, a microwave, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee - suitable for preparing simple meals. For dining out, there are multiple options within 300-500 metres, including HB Bistro, Restaurace U Slamu, and Sabroso. A minimarket nearby is also convenient for grabbing supplies.

Wi-Fi is free across the property and fast enough for video calls. Daily housekeeping is included at no extra cost, keeping the shared bathrooms and kitchen clean. Check-in and check-out are contactless via a key safe, with clear instructions sent in advance. Laundry is available for an additional charge. The property is secured with CCTV, a security alarm, and key access. Fax/photocopying is available on request but incurs a fee.
