The property is located right between Two Sisters Winery (about 5 minutes on foot through a vineyard right-of-way) and Peller Estates (within easy walking distance). The town centre of Niagara-on-the-Lake is roughly 2 km away via a heritage trail through vineyards and forest, taking about 30 minutes on foot. Niagara Falls Train Station is 19 km away, and the Fallsview Casino Resort is 22 km. A car is ideal for exploring the wider region, but the immediate winery access and town trail make walking a practical option during fine weather. The setting is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by grapevines.

Rooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, a TV, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The Walnut room offers a queen bed plus a day bed and a room divider, making it practical for a parent and child or two friends. The Small Suite includes a sofa bed. All rooms overlook the vineyard. Some rooms include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, and kitchen utensils. The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained, with parquet floors and a seating area inside and on the terrace. No rooms have a balcony.
