The resort sits on a busy street in a quieter area of Las Vegas, roughly 10 to 15 minutes by car from the central Strip, casinos, and main attractions. Free scheduled shuttle service runs daily from 10 AM to 9 PM to the Las Vegas Strip and Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, with night shuttles to Fremont Street at 6 PM and 8 PM. The resort is 8 km from the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and 8 km from McCarran International Airport. On-site parking is free and plentiful, with spaces usually directly outside the villas. While the surrounding neighborhood has limited walkable dining, several fast-food options and a few casual restaurants are a short drive away. The gated entrance and security patrol make the property feel safe, and the general area is considered peaceful and conducive to relaxation after a day on the Strip.

Villas range from a 48 m² One-Bedroom Villa sleeping up to four to a 90 m² Two-Bedroom Deluxe Villa sleeping up to eight. All units are non-smoking, air-conditioned, and feature a private bathroom, a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a dining area, cable TV with premium channels, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a safe, iron and board, and a hairdryer. The One-Bedroom Villa has a king bed while the Deluxe version provides 64 m², a jetted tub and walk-in shower, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Two-Bedroom Villas (70 m²) sleep six with a king bed, a queen bed, and a washer/dryer. The Two-Bedroom Deluxe Villa (90 m²) sleeps eight with a king bed, two double beds, a queen sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms (one with a stall shower and separate jetted tub), and accessible features such as wider doors, roll-in shower, and lower countertops. Beds are widely noted as very comfortable and units are generally quiet, though some road-facing rooms may pick up traffic noise. No villas have a balcony or private outdoor space. The standard One-Bedroom Villa does not have a washer/dryer; that feature is only in the larger villa types.

The resort does not have a restaurant or bar. Instead, a small on-site marketplace offers essential items, snacks, and Starbucks coffee - useful for a quick breakfast or light provisions. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are also located on the property. For full meals, the surrounding area has fast-food options such as Arby's, Liang's Kitchen, and cafe Derbi within a short drive, as well as many restaurant choices along the Strip. Many visitors find the full kitchen in each villa ideal for preparing their own meals, and the barbecue and picnic facilities outside provide an alternative dining option. There is no room service. Breakfast options are not routinely provided, but the marketplace is open for coffee and basics in the morning.

The heated outdoor swimming pool and adjacent hot tub are open year-round from 8 AM to 11 PM, with pool towels provided. For active recreation, the property features a fitness center, basketball court, putting green, mini golf course, horseshoe pit, ping-pong table, and shuffleboard. The children's playground and a games room with a giant chessboard and video game consoles (PlayStation, Xbox) make it family-friendly. A kids' club operates during select times and may have an additional charge. The surrounding area includes a golf course within approximately 3 km, also bookable at extra cost. The leisure facilities are generally well-maintained, though pool deck cleaning may occasionally occur during opening hours. There is no spa or wellness center on site.

A 24-hour front desk and concierge can help with show tickets, tours, and general Vegas information. The business center offers fax and photocopying at an extra charge.
