SANTA FE STATION HOTEL & CASINO, Las Vegas

The hotel sits near the junction of US-95 and West Craig Road, providing quick access to the highway for travel across the valley and to the Strip-about a 20-minute drive. Free parking is a key advantage, with a large garage and valet service. The immediate area includes family residences and shopping, making it a convenient base for visiting local relatives or exploring attractions like Fremont Street Experience and Bellagio Conservatory. Rideshare pickups are easy, and walking within the property is straightforward, though the hotel entrance is integrated into the casino building.

Rooms are spacious and feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating area, a wardrobe, and a safe deposit box. Bedding is one or two double beds, though some units are noted as having very low mattresses-under 0.6 m high-which can be difficult for some to get in and out of. Bathrooms are private but on the smaller side, with the toilet positioned close to the vanity, and some have no towel racks. Noise isolation is generally good, with many rooms reported as quiet even with a busy casino below. All rooms are non-smoking, but smoke from the casino can sometimes drift into hallways and rooms, particularly those near elevator banks. There are no balconies.

The property offers a wide variety of dining choices without needing to leave the building. The Brass Fork serves breakfast and dinner with a bakery. The Charcoal Room is a steakhouse open for dinner in a traditional, romantic setting. The Oyster Bar specializes in seafood for lunch and dinner. Leticia's Cocina & Cantina offers Mexican cuisine for lunch and dinner in a family-friendly atmosphere. A food court includes Wingstop, Capriotti's, and other quick options. The 24-hour café is useful for late arrivals. There is also a snack bar, a coffee house, and a bar/lounge, plus a Starbucks. Breakfast is available as a continental buffet or hot dishes.

The seasonal outdoor pool is open in warmer months but may close early in autumn; it includes sun loungers and a hot tub. The fitness centre is free and equipped with cardio machines. For entertainment, there is a 60-lane bowling alley, a full Cinemark movie theater, a kids' club with arcade games, and a 300-seat performance venue hosting live music. A full-service casino with slot machines and table games is the central activity area. These amenities make the hotel a self-contained destination for families and groups, particularly those wanting a break from the Strip. The casino floor allows smoking, so non-smokers may find the common areas less comfortable.
