The hotel sits opposite the Folies-Bergère and is a short walk from the Musée Grévin and Galeries Lafayette. Metro lines 7, 8, and 9 (Grands Boulevards station) provide direct access to the Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, and Louvre - most major landmarks are within 30 minutes by metro. The neighbourhood is lined with restaurants, cafés, and shops, and is considered safe even late at night. Public transport from CDG and Orly airports involves metro connections (RER B then metro) with a total journey of about 45-60 minutes; no direct airport shuttle is available.

Room sizes vary: singles are 9 m2, doubles and twins are 14 m2, and triples are 20 m2. Some rooms feature a balcony with a view of Sacré-Coeur - these are in high demand. The interior design was renovated in 2017, though some rooms remain more dated. Standard twin rooms are notably compact and may feel cramped for two people with luggage. Walls are thin, and street-facing rooms can be noisy; higher floors are quieter. Bed configurations include single, double (140 cm), twin, and triple (double + single). Each room has a safe, hairdryer, carpeted floor, and daily housekeeping. No minibar or kettle is provided, but a communal ironing room is available in the basement.

The buffet includes coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, cereals, bread, fresh pastries, jams, butter, boiled eggs, yogurt, ham, and cheese. Breakfast is not included in the room rate (€13). The buffet is continental-style and not suitable for gluten-free or lactose-free diets as no special options are available. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but the surrounding streets are filled with dining options - from casual bistros to international cuisine - within a 2-minute walk. Room service from 10:00 to 15:00 offers limited items.

Wi-Fi is fibre-optic and free throughout the hotel. Luggage storage is complimentary for a few hours before check-in and after check-out - bags are kept in a secure locker. Daily housekeeping includes towel and toiletries replenishment. The lift serves all six floors. An ironing room is available in the basement. Baby bottles can be heated at reception around the clock. Connecting rooms are not available, but adjacent rooms can be requested. No airport shuttle is offered, but the hotel can arrange a paid transfer with a partner company.
