Set on East Harmon Avenue, the Alexis Park All Suite Resort sits about 1 km from the Strip and a 12-minute walk from the Las Vegas Convention Center. The hotel is directly under the airport flight path, so aircraft noise is frequent from early morning until late evening - light sleepers may find it disruptive, especially in rooms at the back of the property. The surrounding area is a mix of industrial and commercial spaces; a few chain restaurants and a CVS are within a 2-3 block walk on Paradise Road, while the Strip's dining and entertainment require a 15-30 minute walk. Bus route 108 stops nearby, and the freeway is easily accessible for drivers. Free on-site parking is available and does not require a reservation.

Suites range from standard double rooms to two-story lofts and two-bedroom units, all featuring air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar or refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi. Room amenities vary: many have full kitchens with stovetops and microwaves, while other suites offer only a microwave and fridge. Some suites include a Jacuzzi tub. The property also has vending machines for drinks and a minimarket on site (hours vary). Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Pizza Forte, Oyster Bar, and Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas.

The resort features three outdoor pools: one is open seasonally (Friday-Saturday, 10 am-5 pm), one is open year-round from 9 am to 9 pm, and a third is open 24 hours (may be closed on weekdays).
