Accommodation includes cottages, studios, and queen rooms. Some units have a full kitchen, while others have a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker (you must provide your own coffee). Bed setups range from one queen bed to larger suites with sofa beds; some rooms can sleep up to 4 people. Many cottages have private sitting areas with tables, chairs, and umbrellas or a small tiki hut. Unit #14 has its own private balcony. Most rooms do not have a balcony. The cottage atmosphere is described as a classic, well-maintained older-style Florida Keys resort, offering spacious, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Cable TV, air conditioning, and private bathrooms are standard. Board games are available for lending.

No restaurant, bar, or cafe on site. The included daily scones and coffee are served by the owner from a food truck each morning; more than 25 flavors are rotated, and vegan options are available on request. For other meals, a short walk brings you to Denny's (0.5 km), Shorty's Cafe (0.5 km), and Sal's Ballyhoo's fish restaurant (nearby). A garage for essentials is a 2-minute walk away. A car is recommended for accessing the wider selection of Key Largo restaurants and shops.

The resort's private beach and dock provide direct access to Florida Bay for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. The pool is heated and open year-round. Complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, and snorkel gear are available. The dock is a popular spot for sunset viewing and fishing (no fishing poles provided). On-site BBQ stations with charcoal and utensils are available for cooking. The tropical gardens feature many lounge chairs, tiki huts, and seating areas ideal for relaxing. Board games are available at the office.

Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Free on-site parking is provided with spots labeled per room; no reservation is needed. Daily housekeeping is included. Laundry is available on site (quarters and detergent sold at the front desk). A vending machine for drinks is on property. Concierge service is provided, and the office stocks board games for borrowing. Accessibility: Unit #24 is the only ADA-accessible unit, with handholds in the bathroom and a concrete parking spot adjacent to the room. No airport shuttle is available.
