Superior King rooms feature a king-size bed. Some rooms have windows that face a wall or a fence, limiting daylight. Noise from the street and adjacent venues can carry into rooms, especially those on lower floors. Air conditioning units in some rooms can be loud. Housekeeping is available daily upon request.

The hotel is located south of 5th Street, a quieter section of Ocean Drive, yet still within a 5-minute walk of the lively South Beach scene. The beach access point is across the street. Numerous dining options are within 0.5 km, including Prime 112 and Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar. Miami International Airport is a 15-minute drive away (approximately US$25-30 by taxi).
