The property is set in a historic courtyard building directly on the Navigli Grande, a lively canal district filled with restaurants and bars. Porta Genova metro station (green line) and tram stops are within a 5-minute walk, giving quick access to the city centre and major sights like the Duomo. MUDEC is a 15-minute walk away, and Santa Maria delle Grazie with The Last Supper is also close. The location is excellent for exploring on foot or using public transport, with Linate Airport 10 km away. Despite the bustling nightlife area, the inner courtyard apartments are remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. Free parking is extremely rare in this historic quarter; paid parking is available nearby at Porta Genova (about 150 m, approx. €20 per day).

The apartments are located within a historic building and offer a quiet, secure setting with views of the garden or inner courtyard. Each unit includes a separate bedroom, a living room, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The kitchenettes are fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven or dishwasher, and kitchenware. Amenities include air conditioning (available in 4 of the 5 apartments; the fifth has a professional fan), heating, a washing machine, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV with cable channels, ironing facilities, parquet floors, and a comfortable seating area. Bed configurations vary: some apartments offer 2 beds, others 3 beds, and some include a futon. The apartments are stylishly decorated, very clean, and offer plenty of towels and toiletries. One room is on the second floor without lift access; all others have lift access. No safe is provided.

Antica Corte Navigli-Darsena does not operate its own restaurant or breakfast service. The kitchenette in each apartment is fully equipped (stovetop, fridge, oven, and basic cookware) for preparing your own meals, and the host provides coffee pods and some basic pantry items like oil, salt, and tea. For dining out, the location is ideal: the building opens directly onto Navigli Grande, where dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafés line the canal within a 1-2 minute walk. A well-regarded bakery is directly opposite. The area is known for its lively aperitivo culture and evening dining scene.

WiFi is available throughout the property free of charge. Reception-like services include concierge, private check-in/check-out, and an invoice provided. Luggage storage is available from 10:00 on the check-in day (apartment ready from 15:00). The host is reachable by phone/email and typically meets guests in person to hand over keys and provide local tips.
