Set in the lively Akasaka business and dining district, the hotel is within a 3-minute walk of Akasaka Biz Tower Shops & Dining and 600 metres from the Hundertwasser Millennium Clock. Akasaka-Mitsuke and Tameike-Sanno stations are also within a 6-10 minute walk, providing direct access to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Narita Airport (via Tameike-Sanno). Multiple restaurants, bars, and cafes are found on the surrounding streets. Haneda Airport is 15 km away. The neighbourhood is busy on weekdays but quieter at night, with a 7-Eleven right in the building.

Single and Via Inn Single rooms measure 14 m2 and contain a semi-double bed (140x195 cm) - suitable for one or two people but tight with luggage. Double rooms have a 160x195 cm bed; Deluxe Double rooms have a larger 180x195 cm bed. Twin rooms offer two separate beds. All rooms include a private bathroom (bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries), air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, safe, and a refrigerator. Standard pillows are firm and hard; softer pillows are available on request but limited in number. Motion-sensor lights in the entry can activate at night when moving in bed; keeping the bathroom door open blocks the sensor. Rooms are cleaned daily; housekeeping bags and cleaning supplies are left in hallways from around 10:00 until early afternoon.

Breakfast is a buffet served at a cost of 1980 JPY per person. The selection is Japanese-oriented with fish, salad, rice, miso soup, and limited hot options; Western bread, cereal, or toast are not included. The on-site restaurant serves a set menu for lunch and dinner; bar opens in the evening. For self-catering, the 7-Eleven on the ground floor offers snacks, drinks, and ready meals. The surrounding streets have dozens of restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walk.

The hotel's on-site public bath is free for all staying guests and is open from 15:00-01:00 and 06:00-09:00. The facility offers separate men's and women's sides, each with a hot bath and a bubble hot bath. One side also has an outdoor open-air bath. Towels can be obtained at the front desk. Swimwear is not permitted, and visible tattoos are not allowed. Children of any age may use the bath.

All rooms and public areas have complimentary Wi-Fi. Luggage storage and self-service lockers are available before check-in and after check-out. A coin-operated laundry with washers and dryers (drying function may need multiple cycles) is provided. Irons can be rented from the front desk (limited stock). The front desk is staffed 24 hours and can assist with luggage forwarding, taxi booking, and package delivery (payment required). The lift system stops at the second floor on every journey, which can cause longer wait times. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards.
