Room sizes vary from 15 to 20 m2. Dorm beds are bunk style with an under-bed cage for luggage (bring your own padlock). Each bunk has a personal light, shelf, and power outlet, though some outlets may be unreliable. There are no privacy curtains on the bunks. Mattress comfort is mixed - some find it acceptable, others report worn or uncomfortable mattresses. The building has no air conditioning and windows open only partially, so rooms can become warm and stuffy, especially on upper floors. Noise carries easily from the street and neighbouring nightclubs; light sleepers should consider a private room or earplugs. Family rooms (private dorms) are available for groups.

The communal kitchen includes ovens, hobs, microwaves, toasters, and multiple fridges. Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and basic condiments are provided. Vending machines dispense drinks and light snacks. The kitchen is cleaned daily and is well organised. For those who prefer eating out, the area around the hostel has dozens of restaurants, cafés, and pubs within a few minutes' walk.
