The U1 metro at Keplerplatz (2 minutes on foot) reaches the city centre and Stephansplatz in two stops. Several supermarkets, restaurants, and fast-food outlets are within a 5-minute walk. The Keplerplatz area is well-connected but the immediate surroundings include some streets that feel less busy at night; the metro station and main road remain well-lit and direct. Paid on-site parking is available but limited to a first-come, first-served basis, with a public parking garage nearby as a backup. Vienna International Airport is 18 km away; the journey takes about 30 minutes by train (RJX from Hauptbahnhof) or FlixBus.

Rooms are adults-only and range from single, twin, double, and triple private rooms to 4-bed, 6-bed, and 8-bed dormitories. Dorm beds feature privacy curtains, individual reading lights, USB and power sockets, and lockable under-bed lockers (bring your own padlock). Private rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, a work desk, and a room key card. Floor levels vary: rooms on upper floors (5th-6th) are noticeably quieter, while lower floors and those facing the street can pick up noise from the bar and street activity. Room sizes are spacious (around 20-23 m2 for private rooms). The bar downstairs hosts evening events with music until around 1am; rooms on higher floors are more suitable for light sleepers. A hair dryer is provided in each room.
