The hotel is situated in the peaceful district of Midsommarkransen, between Aspudden and Telefonplan metro stations. The city centre is reachable in about 15 minutes by metro. Bromma Stockholm Airport is 10 km away; from Arlanda, take a shuttle bus to Liljeholmen then one metro stop to Aspudden. Nearby attractions include Stockholmsmässan (4 km) and The Royal Palace (6 km). Several restaurants, a supermarket (Coop), and a Systembolaget are within walking distance. The area is safe and well-connected by public transport.

Accommodations include single rooms, double rooms, and apartments with separate living areas. Many double beds are positioned against a wall, limiting access to one side; some apartments have a freestanding bed or a mezzanine sleeping area with steep stairs. All units have parquet floors, heating, soundproofing, and a work desk. The kitchenette includes a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, and kitchenware, but no stovetop. Rooms were renovated in 2016 and the top floor was added in 2019. There is no air conditioning; rooms can be warm in summer. Windows may not open fully. Cleanliness and pest control have been inconsistent; inspecting the room on arrival is strongly recommended. Some rooms overlook the garden, offering a quiet atmosphere.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 09:00, and on weekends from 07:00 to 10:00. The buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, yoghurt, and hot beverages. On some days breakfast may not be available due to unforeseen staffing issues. The bar offers a selection of drinks. Self-catering is possible using the in-room kitchenette. Several restaurants, including pizza, sushi, and tapas, are within a 5-minute walk.

The sauna and gym are free of charge and can be booked in advance. The fitness centre is small but equipped with essential machines. The garden provides a tranquil outdoor space. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for use. Nearby boating opportunities exist in the surrounding area. The neighbourhood has several parks with playgrounds, suitable for families.

WiFi is available in all areas at no charge. Private parking is possible on site at 80 SEK per day; no reservation needed. Self check-in and check-out are handled via a tablet; instructions are provided by SMS for late arrivals. Luggage storage can be arranged between 7:00 and 19:00.
