BELFORT HOTEL, Amsterdam

The hotel is situated in the Baarsjes district, a few steps from Rembrandt Park. The Surinameplein tram stop is directly opposite, with tram 17 providing a direct 15-minute route to Amsterdam Central Station. Lelylaan train station is two tram stops away, offering direct links to Schiphol Airport within a short journey. The location offers practical access to the city while being outside the busy tourist core, and several restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are within walking distance. For car access, paid public parking is available nearby.

All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, a TV with local channels, tea and coffee making facilities, heating, and a fan. Bedding options include double, twin, and triple rooms to accommodate up to 4 persons. Hairdryers are provided. Important to note: many rooms are compact and can be very warm, especially without air conditioning; some rooms lack windows or face a busy main road, bringing traffic and tram noise. The single-floor layout involves only stairs. The toilets are in the shower area. Some rooms have a balcony (request upon booking, not guaranteed).

The hotel also offers bicycle rental at 16 EUR per 24 hours (plus a 50 EUR deposit), which is a practical way to explore the city and park area independently.
