Universitat Metro station (L1, L2) is a 1-minute walk, providing direct access to Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi landmarks within 15 minutes. The Aerobus stops at Plaça Universitat, a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making airport transfers convenient. Plaça de Catalunya, a hub for city buses and the hop-on-hop-off tourist bus, is a 5-minute stroll. Public parking is available at a nearby garage for €25 per day. The surrounding area is lively with many dining and shopping options, and the location is central enough to explore most attractions on foot.

Single rooms are compact (around 8 m2) with a rain shower and small desk; some have windows onto an interior light shaft or corridor, requiring blinds closed for privacy, resulting in limited natural light. Double and twin rooms feature queen-size or two single beds, Mediterranean-inspired decor with wooden floors, and are described as bright and comfortable. Triple rooms have two singles and a sofa bed, offering more space and natural light. Superior double rooms on the top floor include a spacious furnished terrace with city views and upgraded interiors. A few rooms have balconies overlooking Gran Vía. Air conditioning is centrally controlled; some rooms have reported inconsistent cooling or noise from the unit. Sound insulation is effective when windows or balcony doors are closed. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes. Certain rooms lack in-room tea/coffee facilities; free hot water and tea are available at the reception, and coffee pods can be purchased for €1.

Breakfast includes pastries, bread, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. Variety is limited but the quality is generally good. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar; vending machines in the lobby provide drinks and snacks. For those who prefer a different breakfast or meal, the surrounding streets are filled with cafés, bakeries, and restaurants serving local and international cuisine, all within a short walk.
