Free public parking is available on nearby streets (no reservation needed), making car rental practical. Lanzarote Airport is about 20 minutes by taxi.

The pool bar is open from 09:00 to about 20:30 for food, offering cooked breakfasts, toasties, pizzas, snacks, and main meals. Portions are large, prices are reasonable, and the bar shows live sports (including Premier League). The bar stays open later for drinks, with bingo and occasional live entertainment. Breakfast can be ordered from 09:00; the cooked options are straightforward, while pizzas and omelettes are popular. The on-site minimarket is convenient for self-catering essentials, though prices are higher than Lidl or HiperDino (both a short walk away). For a wider choice of dining, the main strip and old town offer many restaurants, bars, and cafés within 5-10 minutes' walk.

The main pool is heated to 21-27°C (open all year) and has a shallow-end area suitable for younger children. A separate smaller kids' pool is also available. The poolside terrace has sun loungers (though limited umbrellas-only about 15). In busy periods, sunbeds are often reserved with towels from early morning. The fitness centre is open 09:30-19:00 and includes modern equipment, though some machines have been reported as temporarily out of order. Guests can use the open-air bath and solarium for sunbathing. Massage treatments are available at an additional charge. For those who prefer the beach, Playa Grande is a 10-minute walk. Off-site activities include golf (within 3 km), diving, hiking, horse riding, and a water park-all chargeable.
