Playa Chica beach is a 14-minute walk downhill, and the old-town harbour with restaurants and bars is a 10-minute walk via steps. Lanzarote Airport is 8 km away, and the 161 bus stop is about 10 minutes on foot. The surrounding area includes a Spar supermarket, three restaurants (Highlander Too, The Tapas Tree, Mario's) within 500 metres, and Toro Restaurante 1 km away. Lanzarote Golf Resort is 4 km away, Rancho Texas Park 5 km. The property sits on a steep hill, so walking back from the centre involves a climb; taxis from the main strip cost approximately €5. Free private off-site parking is available.

Each studio includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, two-ring hob, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The bedroom area has two single beds pushed together, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, and Channel 4. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Rooms are cleaned daily, but there are no plugs near the kitchen counter-the kettle and toaster must be used on the floor. Some studios lack a full-length mirror, a towel hook in the bathroom, and a draining board. Lighting in the main living area can be dim. Rooms facing the adjacent building site may experience noise from 07:30 onwards; pool-view or sea-view rooms are quieter. The balcony is small, and lower-ground studios can be overlooked from the road.

Breakfast is served in the on-site bar and costs €9. Options include continental, à la carte, and full English/Irish choices, with juice and fruit included. The bar also serves lunch and dinner, cocktails, and fresh food prepared to order. The breakfast is not a buffet but a set menu per person; additional items such as a banana (€1) or orange juice (€3) are charged extra. The bar staff are frequently noted for friendly service. For self-catering, the kitchenette has basic equipment but limited counter space and no plug near the counter.

Free private parking is available off-site nearby without reservation. Daily housekeeping is included, but towels and bedding are changed only on Mondays and Fridays. Luggage storage is available at reception. A paid shuttle service can be arranged through a local company (from €40 per way). A safety deposit box costs €2.25 per day.
