CASANOVA GUEST HOUSE, Barcelona

This guest house is in a central, tree-lined area of Barcelona's Eixample district. La Pedrera is a 4-minute walk away, Casa Batlló within 7 minutes, and the Tivoli Theatre at 600 m. Diagonal metro station is about 200 m away, with bus stops directly outside the building providing easy access to the beach and city centre. The area is full of restaurants, bars, and shops, and the property has a high walkability score for reaching major attractions. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 13 km away; taxis are available 24/7.

Room types include double rooms with private bathroom (some with a large window overlooking an interior patio), triple rooms with a private bathroom and balcony offering city views, and twin/double rooms with shared bathroom (small interior-facing window). Rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels are provided. Many rooms provide tea and coffee facilities, a fan, and free toiletries. Upper floors are accessible by lift. Some rooms have been noted as compact, and interior-facing rooms are darker. Noise from neighbouring rooms and the street can be audible due to thin walls. For quieter stays, a room away from the street and requesting a higher floor is advisable.

The guest house does not have a restaurant. A self-service station in the corridor offers complimentary tea, Nescafe, and muffins, with an electric kettle and fridge available. For meals, numerous restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés are within a few minutes' walk, including Ca La Nuri, Tapasbar Bruc, and Luigi Ristorante, all under 0.5 km.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. For leisure activities, bicycle rental, bike tours, and walking tours can be arranged at the property for an extra fee. The central location also provides easy access to Barcelona's parks and beaches by public transport.
