The nearest monorail station (Hang Tuah) is three minutes on foot, which is ideal for car-free exploration. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 22 km away; by public transport the journey takes roughly 45 minutes, or 19 minutes by car outside peak hours. A minimart and a café are on the ground floor, and several restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. The area is safe and walkable, making it practical for travellers who want to see the main sights without a car.

Room options range from compact double/twin rooms (with a shared kitchen and living area) to two-bedroom suites with one or two bathrooms. Suites include a living room, dining area, and a terrace with open space. The kitchen in all units has a refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, and electric kettle; the suites also have a minibar. The apartment-style setup works well for families or groups: the larger suites comfortably sleep up to five, and an extra bed can be requested. Allrooms have air conditioning and are soundproofed, ensuring a quiet stay. Note that the standard Queen/Twin rooms are windowless, while the suites have city views.
