The hotel sits at the centre of the city, directly adjacent to a tram stop, making all public transport connections immediate. The Royal Palace, Aker Brygge waterfront entertainment district, and Munch Museum are all within a 1 km walk. The airport train (Flytoget) takes roughly 30 minutes from Gardermoen; the regional train (VY) is a cheaper alternative. The walk from the station is just two blocks, and the area is pedestrian-friendly with countless restaurants, shops, and attractions within a few minutes' radius.

Room categories range from single to junior suite, all with a private shower room, hairdryer, and heated bathroom floors. Standard rooms have a work desk and no TV (TV is available only in the Junior Suite and in lobby common areas). Some rooms have balconies - booking early is recommended to guarantee one. Twin rooms are approximately 14 m2. Noise sensitivity can be an issue: street-facing rooms and rooms near the atrium can pick up outside or lobby noise, so light sleepers should consider earplugs or request a quieter side. Air conditioning is centralised and set; some rooms rely on opening windows, which can let in street sounds. Basic room amenities include a desk, a reading lamp, and limited storage (some rooms have only a few hangers and no drawers). Extra beds are not possible in small doubles.
