The tram stop at Nybrua provides two-stop access to the central station and city centre, while the Akerselva river walking path is immediately adjacent. The central station is a 7-10 minute walk, and from the airport the Airport Express train takes about 20 minutes to the station. The neighbourhood has many restaurants and shops within a short stroll, making the location ideal for exploring Oslo on foot or by tram. However, the area around the hotel can feel lively at night with street noise, particularly on lower floors and in road-facing rooms.

The hotel provides a wide range of room types: single rooms (90 cm bed, ~18 m²), standard double rooms (180 cm bed), queen rooms (140 cm bed, 18-20 m²), deluxe doubles (180 cm bed with Nespresso machine and river view), deluxe twin rooms with sofa bed (two 90 cm beds plus a 120 cm sofa bed), and family rooms sleeping up to five guests. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and a private bathroom with shower (no bathtubs). Deluxe rooms add conditioner, vanity kits, and USB-C sockets.
