The hotel sits on a lively street between two theatres in the heart of the city. Tirso de Molina Metro Station is only 100 metres away, and Atocha AVE Train Station is 15 minutes on foot. All of Madrid's Art Triangle museums - the Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, and Reina Sofía - are within a 15-minute walk. Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, and the popular Plaza Santa Ana area are all easily reached on foot. Many restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk. For airport transfers, a taxi takes about 30 minutes and costs a fixed €30-33. The location is extremely central, though the street can be busy with theatre crowds and nightlife; upper or interior-facing rooms tend to be quieter. As the hotel is in Madrid Central, driving in requires registration of the vehicle's plate - the hotel can handle this for rental cars to avoid fines.

Standard rooms are compact, with a double or twin beds and private bathrooms. Junior Suites offer a separate seating area and quality toiletries.
