DILWORTH INN KELOWNA, Kelowna

The Dilworth Inn sits directly opposite Kelowna's largest retail complex, Orchard Park Mall (over 170 stores), and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars. Downtown Kelowna is a few minutes' drive or bus ride away, while Okanagan Lake and its beaches are a short drive. Kelowna International Airport is 9 km from the property. Nearby attractions include Myra Canyon Kettle Valley Railway Trestles (4 km) and Kelowna Centennial Museum (5 km). Free on-site parking simplifies car travel, and public transit stops nearby provide access to downtown and the airport.

The property offers a variety of room types, from Standard Queens to larger suites with two queen beds and full kitchenettes (stovetop, microwave, toaster, mini-fridge). Some rooms include a balcony and seating area. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, work desk, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer. Rooms facing the road may experience traffic noise; light sleepers may prefer a room away from the road. The property is older but many rooms are clean and well-maintained. There is no elevator, so upper floors require stair access. Family rooms and connecting rooms are available upon request.

The continental breakfast includes hot and cold cereals, breads, muffins, granola bars, fresh fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, and juices. The breakfast room is small but adequate for a quick start to the day. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, but a variety of dining options are within a short walk, including Umi Sushi Express, Satay Express, White Spot, and Freshslice Pizza, all within 0.5 km. The location across from the mall also provides quick meal access.

The property features an indoor saltwater pool, a hot tub (maximum 40 °C), and a sauna. Recent maintenance has occasionally closed the pool, but the hot tub and sauna typically remain operational. These facilities are open subject to health authority guidelines. The hot tub is well-regarded for relaxation after a day of shopping or exploring. The property also has a garden and outdoor seating areas. Nearby leisure includes golf courses within 3 km and numerous parks and dog-friendly beaches.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free public parking is provided on site with no reservation needed. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-in requests and luggage storage. The hotel is pet-friendly with a $20/night fee, but only in designated rooms; advance notice is recommended. A $150 damage deposit is required via credit card at check-in. Other services include fax/photocopying for a charge and pet bowls. No airport shuttle or elevator is available. The property is non-smoking except for a designated outdoor smoking area.
