A handful of restaurants and a grocery store are within 0.3-1 km, while downtown Kelowna with its pubs, craft breweries, shopping, and lakefront boardwalk is a 5-minute drive away. Okanagan Lake beaches, wineries, and golf courses are all within a short drive. The on-leash dog park is right next door, and more than 18 dog-friendly parks and beaches are nearby. The location is walkable to essentials and practical for car-based exploration, though the highway proximity can mean traffic noise in certain rooms.

The Standard Queen Room is the smallest unit, featuring one queen bed, a desk, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a private 3-piece ensuite. For more space, the 2 Queen Kitchenette adds a kitchenette and is also available in a pet-friendly version. The Family Suite offers two queen beds, one single bed, a full bath with bathtub, and most have balconies. The 1 Bedroom, 2 Queen Suite includes a separate bedroom with a queen bed plus another queen in the main living area, a lounge, and a full kitchen. The largest is the Apartment Suite (3 Bedroom), sleeping up to 8, with three queen beds (two in one bedroom), a living room with fireplace, dining table, full kitchen, private patio with BBQ, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. All rooms include air conditioning, heating, cable TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Some units have balconies. The property has older décor and furnishings, and while rooms are described as clean and comfortable, some mattresses have been noted as stiff or dated. Road-facing rooms may experience traffic noise; the window air conditioners can also produce sound. Third-floor rooms are accessible only by stairs.

Complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning and typically includes bread, butter, jam, honey, cheese, cereal, apples, oranges, plain yogurt, boiled eggs, and coffee or orange juice. Breakfast is provided as a bagged option (apple, granola bar, muffin) when the full service is not running or for early departures. The breakfast room can be crowded during peak times, and selection may be limited. For lunch and dinner guests can walk to several nearby restaurants including IHOP, Panago Pizza, Papa John's Pizza, Vietnam Village Restaurant, Freshii, Copper Brewing Company, and Frankie We Salute You, all within 0.3-1 km. There is no restaurant, bar, or room service on site.

The seasonal outdoor pool is heated, surrounded by sun loungers and a fence, and is typically open from late spring through September, though closures can occur for maintenance or weather. Pool/beach towels and swimming pool toys are provided. Off the pool deck is a seasonal dry sauna.
