The hotel sits on a main avenue near the Overtoom, a short walk from Vondelpark and the Museumplein (Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum). Leidseplein with its restaurants, clubs, and bars is reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. The historical canals are a 10-minute walk away, and Dam Square is about a 20-30 minute walk. Public transport is exceptionally convenient: tram stops are directly outside the hotel for quick access to Central Station and the RAI convention centre, and bus 397 from Leidseplein provides a direct connection to Schiphol Airport. The area is well served by supermarkets (Lidl and Albert Heijn within a few minutes' walk) and numerous restaurants including a Dominos next door.

All rooms include a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, free toiletries, and a hairdryer (available on request). Each room has a flat-screen TV, electric kettle with tea and coffee, and parquet flooring. Some rooms have air conditioning with limited effectiveness; many have sealed windows that cannot be opened, which can lead to a stuffy feel. Noise insulation is poor, so rooms facing the street or interior courtyard can pick up tram, traffic, or elevator sounds. Triple rooms are available but may be cramped for three adults. Connecting rooms (each with its own bathroom) are offered for families. A baby cot is available on request. Important: some rooms are windowless or face a solid wall, and there is no refrigerator in standard rooms.

There is no breakfast or restaurant service at the hotel. A coffee house operates on the premises, and a coffee vending machine in the lobby offers coffee for €1. Vending machines (drinks and snacks) are available. The lobby has a microwave, plates, and cutlery for guests who buy food elsewhere. For dining, the surrounding Overtoom area has a wide variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Italian, Asian, and Dutch options, as well as a Dominos Pizza next door. Several cafés are also nearby for those preferring to eat out.

The hotel offers bicycle rental (for a fee) at reception, allowing guests to explore the city independently. Walking tours can also be booked. The ground-floor lounge provides seating with large street-view windows, a microwave, and a communal space for relaxing or meeting other travellers. No pool, spa, gym, or other leisure facilities are present. However, Vondelpark is a 5-minute walk away and offers green space for jogging, cycling, or relaxing. Tickets for local attractions and boat tours can be arranged at reception.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk staff provide concierge service, express check-in/out, and can arrange bicycle rental, public transport tickets, and airport shuttle (by arrangement). Free luggage storage is offered, and there is a safety deposit box. Daily housekeeping changes towels and makes beds; however, deep cleaning is inconsistent. Ironing board and iron are available at reception. The hotel has an elevator and a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. Security features include CCTV, smoke alarms, and key card access. A baby cot is available for families. No smoking is permitted anywhere on site.
