The area is walkable and flat, making car-free exploration straightforward. A supermarket is located directly opposite the hotel.

The property offers 175 rooms including private doubles, twins, and quads, as well as shared dorms (4, 6, and 8-bed) and female-only dorms. Private rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, a flat-screen TV with Danish channels, and lock-up storage. Deluxe King rooms are larger with city views, electronic safe, and enhanced design. Family rooms combine a bunk and a double bed. Dorm beds include a privacy screen, reading light, personal shelf, charging station with USB port, and under-bed lockers (padlock required). Sinks are located in the room rather than the bathroom in some configurations, which can create more noise. Rooms face either the street or the quieter inner courtyard. Windows open only a small amount and there is no air conditioning or mechanical ventilation, so internal temperatures can become hot and stuffy, especially on upper floors. Noise from the street and internal bar events can be significant in road-facing rooms.

The venue also hosts live music on Wednesdays and DJs on weekends, creating a vibrant nightlife hub that also operates as the PlayBar with shuffleboard and pétanque. The PlayBar contains 9 shuffleboard tables spread throughout the bar area and a dedicated pétanque court on the terrace.
