CABINN CITY, Copenhagen

The hotel sits on a quiet street just off the main thoroughfare, giving easy access to train, metro, and bus connections. Copenhagen Airport is a 12-minute train ride to Central Station, followed by a short walk. Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek Museum is 350 metres away, and many attractions like Strøget and the National Museum are within walking distance. Local buses stop around the corner, and the area is safe and well-lit even at night. The central location makes it ideal for sightseeing without needing a car.

The rooms are designed for efficient sleeping, similar to ship cabins, with limited floor space. They include a desk, chair, wardrobe, and electric kettle. Bunk beds are common, and all have ladders. The bathroom is a small wet room with shower, toilet, and sink in one unit - the floor gets wet after showering. There is no air conditioning, only a central airflow system that cannot be individually controlled. In summer, the room can become hot; portable fans are available for rent. Windows open slightly (with child safety locks) for ventilation. Lighting is minimal, and outlets are not always near the bed. Beds are comfortable for some, though mattresses may shift. Ideal for short stays where the room is used only for sleeping.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice. Gluten-free bread is available on request. There is no full restaurant on site, but the lobby has vending machines with snacks, drinks, and sandwiches. The hotel also offers a snack bar and wine/champagne for purchase. The lounge area provides a pleasant space for a quick meal. The surrounding area has many cafes and restaurants within a short walk, offering variety for lunch and dinner.

Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge, a convenient way to explore Copenhagen. The outdoor terrace and garden furniture provide a place to unwind. There is no gym, spa, or swimming pool. The shared lounge on the ground floor with TV and seating is a comfortable spot to relax. The hotel can also arrange luggage storage and lockers for guests who want to explore after check-out.
