The hotel sits on a main road with bus stops immediately outside, while the Harras train, U-Bahn and bus hub is a two-minute walk. Marienplatz is four U6 stops away, and Munich Central Station is reachable in four S-Bahn stops. The English Garden is 15 minutes by public transport, Allianz Arena 40 minutes, and the BMW Museum 26 minutes. Lidl, Rossmann, Edeka and Dm supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk, and budget international restaurants, bakeries and cafés surround the area. For airport access, take the S1 or S8 to Marienplatz and change to the U6 to Harras (total travel time around 50 minutes); an Airport-City-Day-Ticket (€12) covers the route. Street parking is free in surrounding streets after working hours.

Rooms vary in size; some are spacious with a seating area and sofa, while others are more compact. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, free toiletries and towels. Road-facing rooms can be noisy with windows open, especially due to bus and traffic sound; rooms facing the rear courtyard are noticeably quieter. The rooms have a fan instead of air conditioning, which can make summer nights warm. Power sockets are not always positioned near the bedside tables. The hotel has an elevator. Some rooms feature pink walls, and the overall design uses bright white lighting. Triple rooms contain three separate beds. Extra cots are not provided, but children up to 12 stay free in the parents' bed.

Breakfast includes a continental buffet with breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurt and fruits, plus a hot station offering scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The buffet is replenished throughout the breakfast period. Coffee is served from a thermos jug, and a coffee machine is located near the breakfast room. There is no hotel restaurant or bar on site. A snack and drinks vending machine is available in the lobby. For other meals, numerous restaurants, cafés and bakeries are within a five-minute walk, including Italian, Indian and international options on the same street.

The 24-hour reception handles express check-in/out and allows luggage storage at no charge before check-in or after checkout. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes. Wi-Fi is free and reliable throughout the property. A safety deposit box is available at reception. The hotel features two meeting rooms (40 m² and 90 m²) on the ground floor, equipped with HD projector, widescreen screen, flipchart, sound system, air conditioning and blackout options; capacity ranges from 15 to 100 people. Private underground parking costs €12-20 per night and is not reservable. There is no laundry room, but a self-service laundry is five minutes away on foot.
