The immediate neighbourhood is urban and has a high number of homeless individuals; the property itself is secure with gated parking, key-card access to the building and lift, and 24-hour security. The Hollywood Walk of Fame and TCL Chinese Theatre are about 3 km away, Dodger Stadium is 6 km, and the Hollywood Sign view point at Hollywood & Highland is also roughly 3 km. A supermarket (Vons) and several fast-food outlets are within a 5-minute drive or short walk. The hotel is about 1hour from LAX by car or via the FlyAway bus + Metro combination.
