The apartment is in the city centre, a 4-minute walk from Koizumi Yakumo Memorial Park and 5 minutes from Meotogi Shrine. Higashi-Shinjuku metro station is 5 minutes away on foot, while JR Shin Okubo station is a 10-minute walk. The Shinjuku area is a 20-minute walk. Multiple restaurants, convenience stores and a fruit shop are within a 300-metre radius. Haneda Airport is 23 km away; the N'EX or Airport Limousine bus to Shinjuku then a taxi is a common access route, and a paid airport shuttle can be arranged.

Room configurations range from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments, with some offering a separate living room. Bed setups include single beds and futons; an extra futon set can be added for a fee. Several units have a balcony. All apartments include a private bathroom (some have 2 bathrooms), a full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster and kitchenware, plus a washing machine, dining area, sofa bed (where available), work desk, flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Many rooms feature a hot tub. Rooms are notably spacious for Tokyo standards and very clean.

Dining is self-catered using the full kitchen (stovetop, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator). The surrounding area has numerous restaurants and convenience stores within a short walk, including Japanese and Korean options. Several restaurants open for breakfast are nearby. No breakfast service is provided by the property.

Wellness facilities are limited to the in-room hot tub available in select apartment types. There is no spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The apartment's central Shinjuku location provides easy access to the area's shops, parks, and cultural attractions.
