The hotel sits in the Pratunam shopping district, just off a main road down a narrow alley. The Airport Rail Link station is a 3-minute walk, providing direct trains to Suvarnabhumi Airport in about 45 minutes. Phayathai BTS Skytrain station is a 10-minute walk. Major shopping destinations including Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C, and CentralWorld are all within a 5-15 minute walk. The area is lively with street food, Indian restaurants, and night markets. However, access by car is difficult: the alley is narrow, many taxi drivers refuse entry, and there is no onsite parking. The alley can feel dark at night, but the immediate surroundings are busy and generally safe.

Room categories include Standard Plus (twin beds only, some with balcony), Deluxe (double bed with balcony), and Deluxe Family (two connecting rooms - one king and two singles - each with its own bathroom). Balconies are small and mostly occupied by the air-conditioning unit, offering no view. Beds are consistently described as very firm; pillows are also hard. Bathrooms are compact, with the toilet placed close to the shower. Daily housekeeping changes linens and empties bins but does not deep-clean floors or shower areas. Some rooms have a musty or moldy smell. Standard Plus rooms do not have a safe; Deluxe and Family rooms include a safety deposit box. Rooms are equipped with a kettle and cups, but no tea or coffee is provided. Soundproofing is minimal - noise from the corridor and the Airport Rail Link train (which runs during the day) is noticeable. Light sleepers should request a room away from the main road or on a higher floor.

Krua KC Place, the hotel's restaurant, offers Thai and Asian cuisine for lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. Breakfast is available either as a pre-paid set menu (THB 189) or paid à la carte starting from THB 60. Options include American, Thai, vegetarian, and halal-friendly choices.
