The closest metro station, Hornstull, is about 10 minutes on foot, while buses 4, 40 and 54 stop nearby. Airport coaches from Arlanda to Hornstull take about 45 minutes, and a taxi from the central station costs around 250 SEK. The city centre is roughly 4 km away, reachable in about 45 minutes on foot or a quick metro ride. Free private parking is available on site (first-come, first-served, no reservation) with camera surveillance, plus 3 electric vehicle charging points (3.7 kW, 300 SEK per charge, end by noon for night charging or 17:00 for daily). The island setting is quiet and leafy, with a small beach, walking paths, and a grocery store in Hornstull.

Hotel rooms are former prison cells, renovated with parquet floors, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and laptop safes. Single cells (1-2 persons, 9 m2) have a 90 cm wide and 200 cm long bed, while compact double cells offer a 140 cm wide and 190 cm long bed. The double cell (15 m2) can accommodate up to four with two fold-out beds from the wall and two on the floor. Rooms have heating and a private bathroom with shower and WC, but no air conditioning - only limited window opening, which can make the room warm if sun-exposed. Soundproofing is minimal. No extra beds can be added. Hostel options include standard cells with private bathroom and twin/four-bed cells with shared bathroom; bed linen and towels can be rented. The character is unique but authentic: rooms are clean and comfortable, though basic and compact. A guest kitchen is available for all guests.
