The Uffizi Gallery, Florence Cathedral, and Ponte Vecchio are all within a 10-15 minute walk. A tram station with a direct line to Florence Airport is just 7 minutes away. The surrounding streets are packed with trattorias and markets, including Mercato Centrale, making self-catering easy. With no parking, the location strongly favours train, bus, or tram arrivals.

Private rooms (single, twin, family, triple) include a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, wardrobe, heating, and linen. Family rooms are spacious at 28-30 m², with 3-5 beds. Dormitories (mixed or female-only, 4-9 beds) feature bunk beds, lockable lockers, and shared or ensuite bathrooms. Top bunks can feel low, so requesting a lower bed is advisable. Some basement or ground-floor rooms may feel less bright or have humidity issues. Windowless and road-facing rooms exist, so a specific request for a quieter courtyard-facing room can improve sleep quality. Daily housekeeping and linen changes are free; towels cost extra in dorms.

Breakfast is not offered. Instead, a dining room provides free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, and chilled water throughout the day.
