The hotel sits between Place de la Bastille and Père-Lachaise Cemetery, adjacent to Père Lachaise metro (line 2). Voltaire station (line 9) is also a short walk. Bus 69 stops nearly outside, offering direct access to the Louvre and Musée d'Orsay. The Marais district is 15 minutes on foot, and Canal Saint-Martin is 10 minutes away. The 11th arrondissement is lively with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (Carrefour, Lidl) on the same street. While the immediate area has a very local feel, some landmarks like the Eiffel Tower require a 30-minute metro ride. For airport transfers from Charles de Gaulle, take RER B to Gare du Nord then metro line 2 to Père Lachaise.

All rooms include a private shower and toilet, heating, a fan, and an electric kettle (available from reception). Bedding consists of a thin blanket and cover rather than a modern duvet; pillows are basic. Windows can be opened for ventilation, and some rooms overlook a quiet inner courtyard. Rooms facing the street can be very noisy due to nearby bars and traffic. Storage is limited - there is no wardrobe, only a few hangers, and no desk. The property has no elevator; rooms are spread across six floors. While some rooms have been recently renovated, the overall feel is budget-level, with worn mattresses and basic fixtures. Solo travellers on a city break often find the size adequate, but couples may find double rooms cramped.

Breakfast is served in a small common area and consists of standard French items: baguette, croissant, butter, jam, and coffee or tea from a machine. The selection does not change daily and is described as basic but fresh. There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or room service beyond breakfast. For other meals, the surrounding street is lined with cafés, bakeries, and casual eateries (Le Servan, El Juanchito, and others within 300 metres). Two supermarkets (Carrefour and Lidl) are on the same street for self-catering supplies. The hotel does not provide cutlery or plates for in-room dining.

The reception is open around the clock, allowing late check-ins without prior arrangement. Luggage storage is free before check-in (from 14:00) and after check-out (until 11:00). Daily housekeeping changes towels and makes the bed, though bed linen changes are not automatic during multi-night stays. Express check-in/out and concierge assistance are available. Wi-Fi is free in all areas and adequate for browsing and email. There is no on-site parking; the nearest public garage (Ledru Rollin Parking) charges 35 EUR per day. The property has no lift, so guests with heavy luggage should request a lower floor. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout.
