The apartments sit in the Eixample district, just a 2-minute walk from Urquinaona Metro station. Plaza Catalunya and its airport bus stop are within a 10-minute walk, and bus stops are directly outside the building. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, and major landmarks are all easily reached on foot. The area is safe and well-served by supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants, many staying open late. A supermarket (Mercadona) is in the same building. Taxis are available on the corner, and the metro provides quick access to the rest of the city.

The apartments are large and bright, with separate bedrooms, a lounge-diner with large sofas and dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Units vary in layout: some have 2-6 bedrooms, 1-3 bathrooms, and up to 12 beds, with additional sofa beds in the living room. Modernist enclosed balconies and parquet floors add character. Only 3 of the bedrooms plus the living room have air conditioning; beds can be moved between rooms. Some apartments have private outdoor patio space. The building has an elevator, though some attic units require one flight of stairs. Noise from street-facing rooms and thin walls between neighboring apartments can be an issue - light sleepers should pack earplugs or request a quieter unit.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. Each apartment includes a full kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils - ideal for self-catering. A large supermarket (Mercadona) is in the same building, open until 02:00, and many cafés, bakeries, and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The large dining table in the lounge seats 10-17 people, making group meals easy. Plenty of tapas bars, pizzerias, and international cuisine are also a short walk away.

The property does not have wellness facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The apartments themselves offer a large living-dining space with high ceilings and natural light, and some have a patio or balcony. For leisure, the surrounding Eixample and Gothic Quarter provide parks, shops, and café culture within easy walking distance.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartments. A paid airport shuttle service can be arranged by request after booking.
